Our next event is August 27th-29th, 2021 at the Galveston Island Convention Center in Galveston, Texas.
There is a parking garage attached to the convention center and parking is FREE
Each celebrity will have their own booth in the Celebrity zone and all the information about Autograph signing, Photo Op and Panel schedules will be at their booths or on our website.
While it is generally free to talk to celebrities at their table, some do require the purchase of an Autograph, Photo Op or VIP package in order to meet them.
All ticket levels including Single Day, and VIP tickets are able to meet a celebrity guest in attendance. VIP ticket holders get expedited access through Photo Op and Autograph lines.

Parking is located within the convention center – enter on 57th St. There is no fee for parking.
The entire convention center is ADA compliant and is completely barrier free. Handicap parking is located near the elevators on all levels and elevators transport directly to the event level.
The event in partnership with the Galveston Island Convention Center provides hand sanitizing stations and guests are asked to wear face masks and to keep a safe distance from one another. Families may move along together as a group, and are asked to extend distance courtesy to those not in their group and to our vendors.
Yes, there will be professional Esports players competing at the event and the opportunity or guests to register to participate in tournaments. Registration for tournament play is at the event only, first come first serve, and a general event pass is required. Tournament fee is $10 per player, per tournament. Winner takes all.
Guests will have a choice of experiences at the event including exhibits, NASA booth, virtual reality, board games, preview games, shop vendors, graffiti wall, LED wall, enjoy panel discussions and presentations by game developers, actors, authors, Cosplay costume contest, people watch and much more. It’s a family event with activities for all ages.
At this date, due to COVID 19 travel restrictions, some of our celebrities will be seen remotely. This could change at any time. The original plan is for celebrities to make presentations, meet fans and sign autographs. This will most definitely happen at our next summit. Mark your calendar for an event larger event: Galveston Island Esports Summit, August 26 – 29, 2021. We anticipate no restrictions and it will enable our team to present a much larger interactive event.
It is strongly suggested that passes be purchased online in advance. A limited number will be available at the door with an anticipated wait time of 15 minutes per person due to processing and printing passes. All attendees must have a pass to enter the event including parents with children.
Yes. To commemorate your attendance, you may option to have your name imprinted on your pass. At the time of online purchase there is an option to customize your pass. The fee is $5 for a custom pass.
Unfortunately, there will not be a 2020 preview reception due to celebrity travel restrictions at this time. There will be a celebrity preview event at Galveston Island Esports Summit, August 26 – 29, 2021.
Registration for the costume contest will be at the event. We encourage attendees to come ‘dressed to play’. Prizes will be awarded for Best at Show, Most Original, and Cutting Edge costumes.
